Tenant find fee
£600 + VAT – this includes listing on all major portals, accompanied viewings, candidate screening, offer negotiations, referencing and legally binding contracts
Detailed inventory
£100 + VAT – this includes producing a detailed report of the condition of the property alongside images to ensure that the property is returned back to you at the end of the tenancy in the same condition they received it (excluding wear and tear). We then issue this to the tenant(s) and allow them 7 days to agree and sign off this report.
Management fee
12% + VAT – this includes the full management of your property and access to a portal to allow you log in at any time to see all contracts, maintenance issues and statuses.
Renewal fee
£120 + VAT – this includes our team negotiating a renewal with your existing tenants at a specified price for a specified fixed term time period. I

Rent guarantee insurance
£18 + VAT per month – this acts as a safeguard should your tenants be unable to pay their rent as it helps to ensure you will still receive your rental income and includes cover for legal expenses against unpaid rent.
