Zenko were brilliant at helping us find an apartment to rent. The viewing was easy to set up, and when we instantly knew we wanted the flat, Martin and the rest of the team made the whole referencing , contract signing etc process fast and smooth. There have been no issues at all and the team was proactive with everything. Plus the move in box with treats and vouchers was such a nice touch! We are very happy we went with Zenko!

The whole process from viewing to renting was smooth and straightforward, and the team genuinely went above and beyond to get everything sorted. I was on a tight timeline, yet they still managed to get me moved in within a week, which I really appreciated. Like with any move, there were a few issues along the way, but the team handled everything professionally and kept me updated throughout. Massive kudos to the whole team for their patience, responsiveness, and persistence. I’m terrible with names so can’t list everyone individually, but every person I dealt with was helpful and supportive. What really stood out is how personal the experience felt. As a small independent business, they make you feel like an actual person rather than just another number like with larger letting companies. Special thanks to Lisa who always goes above and beyond to get any issues sorted promptly and efficiently, genuinely can’t thank her enough! Overall a very positive experience and I’d happily recommend them.

Matt and the team were so fantastic with the move in and letting process. They are quick to reply to questions and action items efficiently. When I moved in there were a few issues with the apartment (not at all their fault) and they sent out a contractor the same day (within the hour!). Really helpful and considerate the the issues at hand. The process was so much easier than other agencies and they have found me the best apartment! Cannot recommend them enough.

I couldn’t recommend Zenko properties enough they made my move in process simple, easy and fast! The staff are all really friendly and are always there if you need anything.
