A personal touch
As we are a local, independent business we take extra pride in what we do. We are able to give more time to not only yourself as the seller, but also to every buyer we deal with. We spend lots of time and effort to show them your home and answer any questions they may have. We respond to enquires after hours and on weekends to make sure we do not miss any potential sale opportunity and we ensure that we keep you in the loop throughout.
You will also be assigned a dedicated contact for the whole process.

Top quality photography
We make sure that you property is looking it’s best when it is added to all the major listing sites.
We always use a top quality photography for every property we let and spend time to get impressive marketing pictures, using the best angles to showcase your property.
Detailed PDF brochures
As well as having a detailed online listing, we always make sure that this is complimented by a professional, clean brochure.
We ensure that this too is also available from the launch date so that it can be viewed online. Prior to rental viewings we also email the property link to the viewer containing full details as well as the brochure.
Not only do we react quickly to enquiries coming in via phone calls or emails, but we always follow up the day after the viewings to gather feedback and any offers.
This ensures that we can give you a thorough update on each viewer’s feedback and thoughts.
Referencing, contracts and inventory
We also help to negotiate the best price for you and do our due diligence to make sure the prospective tenant has appropriate funds, an employment reference, previous landlord review and credit checks. We use a third party referencing company to complete these checks to ensure that everything is covered.
Once we have agreed a let for you, we help progress the tenancy through referencing, organisation of contracts, legal documents, inventory if required and organise the move in. We also collect the first month’s rent and deposit ensuring that it is protected in the government scheme prior to key release.
Management service (a hassle free option)
As well as all of the above, our management service includes:
- Collection of the monthly rents with payments to you within 5 working days of receipt
- Preparing a monthly rent statement outlining income and expenditure
- Issuing rent demands for late payments
- Keeping you informed as appropriate of any rent arrears
- An inspection every 6 months
- Responsibility for the day-to-day management of your property, which includes arranging for general repairs or maintenance to be carried out
