I'm also passionate about sports & spending time with my friends & family.
Jonathan Morgan
I am the founder of Morgans, the leading city living agency in Leeds, which I ran for 22 years. The business was at the forefront of the urban revolution in the city. In July 2019, I sold my shares in the business. I comment regularly on the City of Leeds, residential property and buy to let in the local and national media and I am a great believer in local charity, raising over £800,000 for charity. I'm delighted to join Zenko as we chase that space as the go to agent of choice for City Living in Leeds.
Hannah Duczenko
I'm responsible for looking after the Zenko brand and clients. I have worked in marketing for the last 10 years across multiple sectors but have a real passion for making properties stand out! Outside of work, I am a mum to Isla Rose, huge foodie and animal lover.
Ian Darley
I joined Zenko in April 2021 following 14 years working at an international corporate property consultancy where I headed up teams in the Leeds residential office. I relish the challenges that the property sector can present as well as the fulfilment of delivering a high-quality service to satisfied clients. Outside of work I love playing football, cricket, running and walking the dog as well as spending time with my family.
Martin Bowman
I love working at Zenko and have been part of the team since 2019. As someone who enjoys socialising, meeting new people on a daily basis and finding them their ideal property is one of the highlights of my job. In my spare time, you can either find me on the golf course at Moor Allerton or supporting Leeds Rhino's in the stands at Headingley.
Alex Foster
I am a vibrant and adventurous spirit. I enjoy going on exciting walks with my son whether it's exploring local parks, hiking trails, or even discovering hidden gems in the city. In addition to my love for outdoor activities, I have a passion for car events, and iced coffee to fuel my busy days.
Caitlyn Oakes
Having originated from the South, I relocated to Leeds in 2018 for my studies. Fast forward 5 years, I'm still here and have fallen in love with the property sector. I enjoy helping tenants feel comfortable in their properties, and imparting the tips and tricks I've learned along the way to ensure a smooth renting journey. Beyond the 9-5 you'll find me on the mountain trails, unwinding with puppy yoga or rug tufting.
Aleksandra Gerasimovic
Originally, I am from Lithuania, however in 2020 I decided to step out of my comfort zone and move to England to study sociology and psychology. After graduating, I felt the need to apply my theoretical knowledge and individual approach to practice, and that’s when I stumbled across Zenko. Outside of work, I am a huge music lover, you can find me therapeutically playing the guitar in my room or singing my lungs out along with the crowd to my favourite songs at a concert or a festival.
Lilianna Brudecka
I take care of all things creative here at Zenko. After graduating in Fashion Design, I have developed a huge passion for photography and digital marketing whereby I now produce and showcases all visuals for our amazing properties. Away from Zenko, I am a lover of nature, beach holidays, and learning new activities.
Tracey Hindle
I've worked for Knowles for the past 16 years on both sales and lettings, but do prefer lettings as every day is different and always love a challenge. I enjoy the varied work my job involves and building up good relationships with both Landlords and Tenants alike. I have two grown-up daughters who mean the world to me, as does my gorgeous whippet, Barney!
Susan Wood
I have many years’ experience in the property sector. I've worked at Knowles for the past 8 years, assisting clients and negotiating sales. Previously I worked for a Conveyancing Department within a large law firm. I also enjoy all types of cuisine, spending time with the grandchildren & Mason the Border Terrier.
Shirley Middleton
I have worked for Knowles for the last 7 years and enjoy the variety of work I carry out on a daily basis which involves both Sales and Lettings. I get to meet the Vendors, Landlords and Tenants which I enjoy thoroughly. Out of work, I enjoy socialising with family, friends and especially my 2 grandchildren.
Lola
Hi I'm Lola! You may see me at Zenko Properties from time to time, if I'm not in my favourite place - the park! I'm HUGELY excited about greeting every dog lover that comes in to the office! I also lurrrrrrrve chicken, and of course the properties we have on our books here at Zenko!
